Live life with Aloha Does This
Live Life With Aloha is a 501(C)(3)
Non - Profit Organization that
develops and implements programs to:
1) Create awareness on injustices;
2) Help heal the devastations caused by the injustices
3) Provide a voice to the "Voiceless" in holding those
accountable.
Our Impact
Live Life With Aloha (LLWA) made an impact on the community starting with the "Prayer Vigil" Programs on Injustices on Oahu, Hawaii. The outreach included members of different churches, cultural groups and the community at large. It grew to include students and faculty from the University of Hawaii. The impact grew as the voices of the community were heard through their poems and stories. The need was apparent as we made available the outlet for the expression of the "injustices" that they have endured and are suffering from.
The impact of our work continued to grow when a request came from Hilo, Big Island to start a program there. Workshops were developed and tailored to meet their needs. Since inception in Hilo, the programs have been very successful and well received by the community at large.

" Aloha- I enjoyed the discussion the other day on respect and how important it is, especially as leaders. When we do not have respect for ourselves or one another injustices happen. To fight injustice respect must be present. To have respect for all people is challenging but necessary. It is hard work but we need to keep educating ourselves and others, especially children, on what it means to have respect for one another and also put it into practice.
